Fit Before 45 Youtube Channel is BACK

I started fit before 45 a Youtube Channel in September 2011. It’s purpose was to motivate me and maybe motivate others in the same position as myself. At the time I was a heavy smoker and weighed close to seventeen stone. I did no exercise at all and I knew that if I didn’t do something about it that i would die.

Since then I have cycled across Europe, cycled Mount Ventoux and last year 2015 I cycled from Geneva to Cannes in ten days covering 1050 kilometers and climbed eighteen mountains with a group of cyclists called the fireflies.  

I’m now starting my next challenge which is to run the 2016 London Marathon. I hope the video’s below help to motivate other who are looking to make a positive change.
